What this is
TripleW Tools is a collection of free utility tools that run in your web browser — image conversion and compression, YouTube helpers, text and case converters, developer utilities like JSON/hash/regex tools, calculators, and design tools like color and gradient generators. There's nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.
Why browser-based
Processing files and text directly in your browser — using canvas, WebAssembly, and other built-in web platform features — means most tools here don't need to send your data anywhere to do their job. That's faster for you and simpler for us: no accounts, no file storage, no server-side processing to maintain for most tools.
Where this isn't 100% true
We'd rather be specific than make a blanket claim that doesn't hold up. Almost every tool on this site processes your input entirely on your device. Two exceptions: the YouTube Tag Extractor and YouTube Keyword Extractor send the video ID or URL you provide to our own server, which looks up the video's public metadata — your file or text inputs on every other tool never leave your browser. Some tools (including the HEIC converter, the OCR tool, the QR code generator and the YAML converters) load a code library from a third-party CDN to do their work; that's a download of program code, not a transfer of anything you type or upload. The YouTube Embed Code Generator's optional preview loads the video from YouTube, but only when you click to load it. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
